A confectionery company in need of a new logo design, marketing material and new product label
Introduction
Letterbox Friendly is a confectionery company based in Whitley Bay which sells a range of chocolate and sweet-based gift boxes around the United Kingdom.
The Brief
They contacted me with the brief to rebrand Letterbox Friendly, creating a new logo design and digital and printed marketing material to help spread brand awareness; this included coming up with a marketing strategy for their social media channels. Once the logo design is complete, the next phase of the brief will be collaborating with a web designer to create a better-functioning website based on the rebrand.
The Process
For the rebrand, I conducted in-depth research into Letterbox Friendly, establishing their brand values and mission statement and looking at their local and national competitors. I then worked on the logo design and presented a range of concepts to Kate, the Managing Director, for her to give feedback. When she was happy with the logo design, I designed an illustration style inspired by pick and mix to bring the brand to life. I then applied this to a leaflet design and a range of social media marketing, including cover photos and social creatives. While working on the rebrand, I have also designed a range of label designs for some of their products, most recently a Happy Birthday label.
Dan completely revolutionised our tired old website increasing sales significantly. Dan is very easy to work with, is creative and has great eye for detail.
